We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part- time HR Administrative Assistant to join our human resources team. Duties
- Manage and maintain human resources information systems (HRIS) and reporting.
- Assist with talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and benefits administration.
- Support employee relations efforts by coordinating performance management programs, employee evaluations, and training & development initiatives.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation with precision and confidentiality.
- Facilitate compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Contribute to project management tasks related to organization design, change management initiatives, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
- Assist in data collection for HR analytics, reporting on key metrics related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields; familiarity with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Understanding of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professional rapport with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry, report generation, and using platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly to new HR technologies and stay current with industry best practices in human resources management.
- 2 years HR experience is required
