Come make a difference where your work is truly seen and felt.
Lake Cumberland Pediatric Therapy is looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help children find their voices, build meaningful connections, and become more confident communicators. If you love pediatrics, value relationships, and are frustrated with not being treated as the professional you worked so hard to become, we would love to meet you.
At Lake Cumberland Pediatric Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and families while developing individualized, functional treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs.
Why you’ll love working with us:
- Pediatrics is our passion. Your caseload is focused on children and their unique developmental needs.
- Make a meaningful impact. Celebrate the small victories—first words, new sounds, successful communication, improved feeding skills, and increased confidence.
- Collaborative care. Work alongside other pediatric therapy professionals with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Clinical independence with support. Bring your creativity and clinical expertise to treatment while having a team available for collaboration and encouragement.
- Family-centered therapy. Build relationships with parents and caregivers and empower them to support their child's progress outside of therapy.
- A team that cares. We believe therapy should be rewarding for the therapist, the child, and the family—not simply another appointment on the calendar.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with children. Pediatric experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right person who has a genuine passion for pediatric therapy.
If you are looking for a place where you can build relationships, use your clinical skills creatively, celebrate meaningful progress, and genuinely enjoy coming to work, Lake Cumberland Pediatric Therapy may be the place for you.
Come grow with us—and help our kids find their voice.
