What You'll Do
- Schedule appointments with warm leads (No Cold Calling!)
- Call, text, and email customers
- Answer incoming calls
- Follow up with existing customers
- Manage appointments in ServiceTitan
We're Looking For
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Dependable with a great work ethic
- Comfortable working on two monitors
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
