We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support for students with special education needs and early intervention strategies.
- Foster literacy education through engaging activities and assessments.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Conduct standardized testing as required, ensuring students are prepared for assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
- Provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance in subjects such as math and literacy.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, preschool, or private school environments.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management strategies.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
