Be Part of Something That’s Actually Going Somewhere — Wilbraham, MA
I’m Matt — the Owner of ALL-Terior Painting — and you’ll be working directly with me.
You should keep reading this if…
You’re a sharp, experienced operator who’s tired of working for companies that are disorganized, don’t respect your time, and never seem to actually grow. You know how to run a job site, manage people, and keep customers happy — and you want to be somewhere that actually values that. If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, holds the line on quality, and doesn’t need to be babysat to get things done, this was written for you.
What it’s like to work with me…
I’m direct, I respect people who take initiative, and I don’t micromanage people who earn my trust. I’ll tell you what I need, give you the tools to succeed, and get out of your way. I also pay well — because I know good people have options and I want to keep good people. You’ll have a real voice here. When you have a better idea, I want to hear it. This isn’t a place where you clock in, follow orders, and go home invisible. You’ll matter here, and your work will show.
What you won’t find many places else: a company that’s already established and respected, a boss who’s invested in your success, and a compensation package that actually rewards performance.
About ALL-Terior Painting
ALL-Terior Painting is an established residential and commercial painting company serving Wilbraham, Massachusetts and the surrounding communities. We’ve built a strong reputation on quality work and doing right by our customers — and we’re proud of that.
We believe that how you do anything is how you do everything. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, delivering quality, and treating every customer’s home or business like it matters — because it does.
We stand for craftsmanship, accountability, and a team culture where people are treated with respect. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t tolerate people who do.
The company is in a strong position and continuing to grow. This hire is a key part of that next chapter. If you’re looking for a stable foundation with real upside — this is it.
About the Production Manager Role — What I’m Looking For
I need a right-hand person on the operations side. Someone who can run production the way I’d run it myself — with urgency, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Fundamentally, your job is to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish — crews are where they need to be, work is done right, and customers are taken care of.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Schedule and coordinate painting crews across active jobs
- Conduct quality control checks and final walkthroughs on completed projects
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers during the production process
- Identify and solve problems on job sites before they become bigger issues
- Hold crews accountable to our quality and conduct standards
- Communicate job status updates to ownership and customers
- Help improve systems and processes as we continue to grow
What’s Required — About YOU
- 1-2 years of experience in painting, construction, or a related trade
- Prior experience in production management or operations management and recruiting more sub-contractors regularly too.
Add to our team consistently.
- You’re a natural leader — people follow you because they respect you, not because they have to
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both with crews and customers
- You’re highly organized and can juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
- You take ownership — when something goes wrong, you fix it, you don’t point fingers
- You have high standards and you’re not willing to put your name on sloppy work
- You’re reliable, punctual, and someone people can count on
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t need constant direction
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 depending on
Experience
- Commission and performance bonuses on top of base
- This is a serious opportunity for the right person
