Sport Lines is looking for a motivated and experienced Concrete Resurfacing & Court Painting Technician to join our growing team. We are a full-service athletic and recreation contractor specializing in sports courts, athletic fields, playgrounds, and recreational facilities throughout Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete resurfacing and surface preparation.
- Apply acrylic coatings to basketball, pickleball, tennis, and multi-sport courts.
- Layout and paint accurate game lines to specification.
- Operate pressure washers, grinders, blowers, and other preparation equipment.
- Mix and apply coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience with concrete resurfacing and/or sport court construction preferred.
- Experience painting athletic courts or striping is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.
- MUST HAVE CONCRETE AND RESURFACING EXPERIENCE.
