PRODUCTION WORKER
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Position Summary: The Production Worker is responsible for performing hands-on tasks that support the completion of assembly, packaging, and other production-related activities. This role contributes directly to the delivery of high-quality production services in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications: Education: H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required
Experience: 3–6 months of prior work experience preferred
Special Training/Skills: Basic understanding of production processes and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, reach, handle materials, communicate clearly, and listen attentively
Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, occasionally sitting and balancing
Frequently lifts up to 10 lbs.; may occasionally lift to up 25 lbs.

Works with: Clients, Production Coordinator, Workshop Supervisors, fellow Production Workers, and other agency staff
Responsibilities
- Learn and accurately perform assigned production tasks
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare and organize workstations to support efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Protect the confidentiality of all client-related information
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures
- Communicate any concerns regarding client health or behavior to appropriate personnel
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately
- Participate in scheduled training and development activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
