All-Ways Transit is a family-owned and operated OTR trucking company based in Bloomer, WI. We are looking to hire FT and PT drivers. We have been in business 36 years and currently operate 30 trucks. We try our best to work with our drivers to offer them the home time they prefer. Our equipment is "superior", late model Peterbilts (579s and 389s) and Volvos. Average age of our fleet is 2023!
Qualifications
- CDL A license and good driving record
- 2 years of verifiable recent tractor/trailer driving experience
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with flatbed and dry van trailers
- Ability to handle freight and load/unload cargo
- Previous experience in regional route driving
FT company drivers pay:
- Average pay per mile: $.65 for every mile made
- Average annual compensation for FT driver: $95,000 (ranging from $82,000-$116,000)
- Average miles per week: 2400 - 3000
- Average length of haul: flexible based on what the driver wants
- Average stops per week: 8-12
Included in pay:
- Fuel Bonus Program - up to $.03 per mile based on how you want your truck governed (added to your per mile rate)
- CSA Driver Scorecard - Qtrly Bonus - up to $.02 per mile
- Qtrly Mileage Bonus - up to $.03 per mile
- Year-End Performance Bonus - annual bonus - based on mileage and performance - top bonus in 2025 was $1,200
- Driver's Safety Incentive Program - annual bonus - varies based on the number of years of safe driving - top bonus in 2025 was $1,800
