Position Title: Family and General Practitioners
Location: Oxford, NY 13830
Duration: 2 years
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Conducting routine and as-needed resident evaluations and assessments.
Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions.
Coordinating and managing resident care with interdisciplinary care teams.
Documenting all clinical services and resident encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Participating in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Providing medical oversight and guidance to clinical staff as necessary.
Ensuring continuity of care and timely response to resident medical needs.
Supporting regulatory compliance, clinical standards, and quality outcomes.
