Must be able to work one or more of the following shifts: 6am-2pm, 11am-8pm, or 5pm-10:30pm.

Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Must be able to work Saturdays.

Must be able to work in a year-round capacity. No summer/seasonal positions are available.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to work outside, in our Drive Thru or running curbside orders, in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) with provided, proper weather attire.

Must be willing and able to obtain Food Handler Certification and complete a Defensive Driving Course within 14 days of start date.

Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and team-oriented.

Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Flexibility and open availability between 6am and 10:30pm is a plus.

Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least 6 months of safe driving experience preferred.

Make every guest interaction memorable and remarkable by delivering exceptional, accurate, and efficient service while applying the Core 4 and executing our Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy in every interaction.

Serve guests in various positions throughout the restaurant, including Dining Room, Front Counter/Register, Drinks, Desserts, Drive Thru Window, and iPOS (outside in the drive-thru taking orders via iPad).

Deliver meals to guests at their table or to our designated pick-up area, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Maintain cleanliness of your work area, as well as the dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.

Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed throughout your shift.

Assist with opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled.

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
