Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth initiatives and elevate our brand presence across diverse markets. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals to expand market share and revenue streams
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high achievement, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and B2B engagements
- Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and tailored solutions
- Drive business development initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Implement and optimize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales pipelines, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining long-term relationships
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and direct outreach to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate sales data, campaign performance, and customer feedback for continuous strategy refinement
- Promote a customer-centric approach by ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld across all touchpoints
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales, business development, and management, preferably within technology, B2B, or technical sales environments
- Extensive experience in leading sales teams with a focus on leadership, account management, and negotiation skills
- Strong background in developing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand recognition
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing sales processes and customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
