We are a premier residential painting and flooring company delivering flawless, luxury interior transformations across New York City. We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Project Manager to lead site operations, coordinate skilled crews, and maintain white-glove client standards from initial walk-through to final punch list.
What You’ll Do
Project Execution & Quality Control: Own the daily operations of multiple high-end residential jobs across NYC. Enforce Level 5 preparation standards, precise finish quality, and immaculate job site cleanliness.
Crew Leadership & Scheduling: Direct, motivate, and hold field crews accountable. Manage daily staffing, monitor production rates, and resolve on-site bottlenecks swiftly.
Client & Building Communication: Act as the primary on-site liaison for discerning homeowners, interior designers, architects, and NYC building management (COIs, elevator schedules, and house rules).
Scope & Material Logistics: Verify scopes of work, track project costs, coordinate tool/material deliveries, and ensure zero downtime for field teams.
Timeline & Budget Management: Keep projects on schedule, monitor labor hours, and conduct thorough punch list walkthroughs to deliver clean, zero-defect handoffs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of proven project management
Leadership & Ownership: A proactive leader who takes full command of job sites, anticipates problems before they happen, and thrives with autonomy.
Exceptional Communication: Articulate, polished verbal and written communication suitable for luxury residential clients and high-profile design partners.
NYC Residential Expertise: Deep familiarity with navigating NYC co-op/condo building regulations, loading dock rules, and urban job site logistics.
Organization: Highly organized with experience using project management and scheduling software (CRM, cloud drives, digital punch lists).

Salary: $80-120k commensurate with experience
