We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager to help maintain and manage a private residence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, clean, and well-run home while taking initiative and handling a variety of day-to-day household responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. This is a long-term position for someone looking to become an important part of keeping a busy household running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
- Deep cleaning projects as needed
- Laundry, ironing, and linen care
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Grocery shopping and maintaining household supplies
- Running household errands as needed
- Organizing closets, cabinets, pantry, storage areas, and household spaces
- Light outdoor duties such as watering plants, light landscaping, or seasonal exterior upkeep
- Coordinating deliveries and service appointments when needed
- Keeping the home stocked with essential household items
- Assisting with miscellaneous household projects and tasks as they arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a House Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Household Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable preparing home-style meals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Dependable, honest, and trustworthy
- Physically capable of performing cleaning, lifting, and household tasks
