Entry-Level Machinist

About the role
We are seeking entry-level machinists to join our machining team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in precision manufacturing, even if you do not yet have prior machining experience.
You will be working as part of our weekend shift, Friday to Monday, 5am to 3:30pm.
You will support day-to-day machining operations, learn to work with our latest-generation CNC machines, and help produce precision components for some of the finest loudspeakers in the world. You will join a skilled, enthusiastic team that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Deburr machined parts
- Load and unload parts onto jigs and fixtures
- Remove approved finished parts from machines
- Organise, track, and manage inventory of cut parts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Work closely with your team to improve production efficiency and throughput
- Learn machining processes and CNC operations from experienced team members
What we’re looking for

- Interest in machining, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to move between machines throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a shift schedule
Experience
- No prior machining experience required
- This role is open to candidates who are entering the machining field and want to build a long-term career
