Join a Growing Private Physical Therapy Practice in Windsor, Colorado
We’re growing—and we’re looking for the right Physical Therapist Assistant to grow with us.
Our private physical therapy clinic in Windsor, Colorado is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is excited about building a career in a growing private practice.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply a job. We’re looking for a PTA who wants to become an important part of our team, build meaningful relationships with patients, continue developing professionally, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Why Join Us?
At a growing private practice, you have the opportunity to make an impact.
We’re building a clinic where motivated clinicians can develop their skills, take on increasing responsibility, and have a voice in the direction of the practice. As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, professional development, and advancement.
For a new graduate, this is an opportunity to start your career in an environment where you can build confidence, strengthen your clinical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and develop into the PTA you want to become.
For an experienced PTA, this is an opportunity to join a practice with momentum and play an important role in its next stage of growth.
Our Philosophy of Care
We believe high-quality physical therapy should be accessible to everyone.
Our patients come from many different backgrounds and circumstances, and we believe that having insurance—or needing to use insurance—should never mean receiving a lesser level of care.
We are committed to providing thoughtful, individualized, evidence-informed physical therapy to every patient who walks through our doors. We want our patients to feel heard, respected, and confident that they are receiving the same level of attention and clinical care that we would want for our own families.
We also recognize that there are many different models of physical therapy, including cash-based practices. We respect those approaches and the clinicians who choose them. Our mission is simply different: we want to build a successful, growing private practice while making exceptional physical therapy available to the broader community, including the many people who rely on their insurance benefits for care.
If you believe that excellent physical therapy shouldn't be reserved for those who can afford to pay entirely out of pocket, you may be a great fit for our team.
