Location & Work Arrangement
100% in-office position in Chicago, IL.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Salary Range
$50,000–$55,000, dependent on location and experience level.
Position Summary
FlexTG is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Client Support Specialist to support our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team. In this role, you will provide high-level customer service, administrative support, and occasional technical assistance to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities-
Support the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team and clients with high-level customer service, administrative support, and occasional technical support

Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Act as a liaison between internal operations teams and client end-users to ensure seamless service delivery

Follow established SLAs to deliver services to internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention

Assist with preparing paperwork, pricing requests, and specialized reports

Prepare Quarterly Executive Partnership Reviews, including data and metrics that provide value to clients

Provide backup support for the Sales Support team as needed

Collaborate with Client Relations, Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to support customer needs

Travel up to 10% as needed

Support additional team functions and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications-
High School Diploma required
-
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a client-facing role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience working both independently and in a team environment

Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Experience supporting all levels of stakeholders, including executive leadership

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)

Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
