A private family is seeking a highly skilled, professional Full-Time Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic bodywork and overall wellness support within their dedicated office space. This role is ideal for a mature, polished therapist who values stability, professionalism, and working directly with a single-family clientele. The therapist will have their own private office within the family’s corporate office and will focus on supporting the physical and mental well-being of family members throughout the workweek.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to the needs, preferences, and wellness goals of each family member.
- Perform various massage modalities including—but not limited to—Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, mobility work, and stretching techniques.
- Conduct wellness assessments and adjust treatment plans based on stress levels, physical activity, posture, work strain, or specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene private massage office within the family’s workplace.
- Manage and sanitize all equipment, linens, and supplies according to health and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate daily session schedules and remain available during working hours for family-requested sessions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, professional boundaries, and discretion at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with the ability to tailor sessions to individual needs.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy in a high-trust environment.
