Job Summary -
Lead must coordinate work assignments, work schedules and activities for phlebotomy, registration, and technical lab assistant duties; perform test procedures as needed; maintain quality control of inventory supplies, maintain preventative maintenance program for point of care instruments; correlate continuing education activities; oversee orientation of new staff; attend scheduled meetings; and prepare reports as requested. The lead will assist in training for all health system locations where blood draws occur
Regulatory Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Phlebotomy certification is preferred, but not required.

Prior work experience in a medical setting is preferred.

A valid Ohio Drivers License with good driving record is required.

Prior supervisory/managerial experience is preferred.
