Mechanical Designer
We are an established MEP engineering firm located in Roseville, CA. in need of a full-time experienced Mechanical Designer with 5-7 years minimum of mechanical and plumbing design experience for commercial, educational, and retail/warehouse projects. Qualified applicants must have the knowledge, understanding and the ability to complete projects from design start through construction administration with minimal guidance.

DUTIES
Assist project managers in the design and drafting of contract drawings for projects, including:
- Designing
- Title 24 compliance calculations and documentation
- Using Revit and AutoCAD to develop contract drawings
- Attending design meetings
- Assisting in construction administration
REQUIREMENTS
- AT LEAST 5-7 years of experience performing all duties listed above
-AutoCad experience required
-Revit experience required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and prompt

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
