At My Stretch Coach Tampa, our mission is to empower individuals to move pain-free and achieve optimal physical health through elite-assisted stretching and education. We're seeking a dedicated Content & Social Media Lead who resonates with our purpose and is committed to amplifying our message across digital platforms.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
You’re already the go-to person for filming, captioning, editing, and posting. You have Reels and TikToks saved not just for fun...but because you see the angles. You think, “That’s a hook,” “This would be killer B-roll,” and “She should’ve cut that clip 1.5 seconds sooner.”
You know your way around CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and you’ve probably told someone, “You need to post more behind the scenes.” You’re local to Tampa, and you love doing high level work.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Job Description, aka, Making Us Look Amazing):
- Capturing short-form content in person (Tampa area)...think Reels, testimonials, and stretch sessions.
- Editing videos that stop the scroll and convert curiosity into clients.
- Writing captions that sound human, helpful, and not like ai wrote them.
- Scheduling & posting across IG, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Engaging with comments and DMs.
- Organizing footage into a growing content vault.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- A portfolio or feed that proves you “get it."
- Strong video editing (CapCut / Final Cut / Premiere Rush).
- An eye for natural light and how to use a camera.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in fitness, health, or wellness.
WHAT YOU GET:
