Conditions:
- Work in a production floor setting.

Back-and-forth arm motions organizing corrugated material.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review Factory Order for special instructions.
-
Set load-former to match pallet pattern specifications on Factory Order.

Verify that load tags are correct per Factory Order and placed on the appropriate units.

Maintain and organize an adequate supply of bottom and tie sheets.

Communicate accurate completed unit/order count to the Machine Operator.

Visually inspect bundles for gap variances, slots jumping, and print quality.
- Communicate all non-conformance (quality issues) found to the Machine Operator.

Perform all machine and zone housekeeping cleaning, as outlined in the machine and zone housekeeping procedures.

Keep work area clean and organized at all times.

Inform Management of any equipment problems.

Assist the Machine Operator and/or Assistant Machine Operator when necessary.

Work in a safe and productive manner, using all proper PPE and adhering to all plant safety and work rules.

Support and adhere to required, documented and defined procedures and work instructions including, but not limited to: food safety programs, OSHA regulations and PPE as designated.

Perform all other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic mechanical, proof-reading and math skills.

Participate in any requested or required training.

Follow precise instructions.

Develop corrugated industry knowledge.
- Self-starter with ambition to take on additional responsibilities.

Flexible hours to accomplish required objectives.
-
High school education or equivalent, previous corrugated experience preferred.
