Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
- Identify new business opportunities via outbound calling, warm calling, and targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
- Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits and solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads, qualify prospects, and expand the customer base
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to explain complex solutions clearly
- Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and customer service best practices
- Ability to develop strategic business relationships through effective communication and business development tactics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Pay: $44,000.00 - $66,506.02 per year
