We are seeking a skilled Part - Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall physical maintenance of the property to ensure smooth operations. This position requires the candidate to pass a drug screen and background screen.
**Duties: **
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure functionality
**Qualifications: **
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers when they require assistance with unit doors, locks, and keys, etc.
- Availability to perform exterior light check once a month
- Basic understanding of light maintenance and janitorial duties
- Ability to operate small power tools, climb a ladder and clean out gutters and maintain golf carts, keep grounds and bathrooms clean
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a high standard of workmanship
* Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to (50) fifty pounds, walking, standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, and working on hands and knees may all be required to perform the job. Much of the work is performed outside so tolerance to the FL sun is required.
