Gloudeman Electric is a residential electrical service shop in Mount Pleasant, voted Best Electrician by Mount Pleasant Magazine four years running. We're hiring an experienced residential electrician, and we've built this job around the things that make electricians leave other shops.

- 40-hour guarantee. Slow week? You still get your 40. Your paycheck doesn't depend on the schedule filling up.

- Residential service only. No new construction, no overnights and weekends. You're in finished homes doing skilled service and repair work: panels, EV chargers, troubleshooting, lighting, generator installs, etc.
- Paid time off, paid holidays, and a stocked, organized truck.
- Small team, real support. Direct access to a master electrician and a field manager who answers the phone. No getting lost in a 40-truck operation.
Pay: $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience (service/repair experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable diagnosing and troubleshooting independently
- Clean, professional, and good with homeowners. Our customers invite us back because of how our electricians treat them and their homes.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
