Position Overview
As a Hair Stylist at SmartStyle, you'll provide exceptional guest experiences while delivering professional salon services in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. You'll have the opportunity to build a loyal clientele, increase your earning potential, and continue growing your skills through education and hands-on experience.
What You'll Do
· Deliver outstanding customer service and salon experiences
· Consult with guests and recommend services based on their needs
· Perform haircutting, coloring, styling, and texture services
· Recommend professional retail products and additional salon services
· Build and retain a loyal client base
· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
· Follow company policies, safety standards, and state board regulations
· Participate in salon promotions, training, and team initiatives
What You'll Bring
· Current Cosmetology License as required by state regulations
