Responsibilities:
· Maintain a clean and organized work space
· Assist with inventory
· Assist with staff issues and scheduling conflicts
· Assist with hiring and interviewing
· Assist with supply runs and help manage incoming inventory and update inventory systems accurately
· Cover staff shifts when necessary
· Resolve both customer and staff complaints
· Problem solving/ schedule store maintenance
· Follow policy and lead by example
· Assist with any/and all other requests the owner may have.
· Help ensure all new hires are trained to meet TeaCupFuls standards
· Report missing or damaged items
· Balance till bags at the end of every shift
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Possess a valid Food Handler's card
· Ability to work overtime or cover shifts when staff members call out
Key Duties:
· Maintain consistent, high-quality product standards
· Follow all company drink recipes and preparation procedures
· Prepare blended and cold beverages with proficiency
· Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized customer service
· Accurately take orders and call them back in a friendly manner
· Proactively address and prevent customer service issues
· Process sales accurately and provide correct change courteously
Compensation:
· Initial 90 days probationary period - starting wage for the first 90 days and while training is $17.00 per hour, tips not included during probationary period
· On successful completion of probationary period wages will be commensurate with experience and up to $18.50 per hour plus tips.
· Reviews will be performed thereafter every six months. (This does not mean you will get
· a raise)
· Tips: Paid out on payroll dates and daily cash tips – only after probationary period is completed
Job Type: Full-time or part time (25 – 50 hours per week)
