Naum Medical Center is a small primary care and urgent care clinic in Fairfax, VA. We are looking for a reliable part-time Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to help with morning patient care, blood draws, vital signs, EMR documentation, and basic clinic support.
This position is ideal for someone who has phlebotomy experience and is looking for consistent weekday morning hours in a small outpatient clinic setting.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM
Approximately 15 hours per week
Pay
$20–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Enter patient information, vital signs, and basic clinical data into the EMR
- Perform blood draws and prepare specimens for Labcorp
- Assist the physician with basic clinical tasks
- Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
- Maintain supplies and help keep the clinic organized
- Support patient flow in a small outpatient clinic
- Provide occasional front desk support as needed
Requirements
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Experience obtaining vital signs required
- Basic EMR experience required
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a small clinic environment
- Able to assist with both clinical and basic administrative tasks when needed
- Good communication and patient service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient clinic, primary care, or urgent care experience
- Experience with Labcorp specimen handling
- Korean language skills are a plus, but not required
- Spanish language skills are also a plus, but not required
- BLS certification is a plus, but not required

About the Position
This is a part-time morning position in a small physician-owned clinic. There are no evening or weekend shifts. This position may offer the opportunity to transition to full-time in the future, depending on clinic growth and staffing needs.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
