Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled & experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. We require experience in high volume and fast paced bartending environments, and an ability to multi-task, with basic wine and classic cocktail knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Experience with Toast System
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for handling transactions
- Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
- Understanding of the food industry standards and regulations
- Experience in fine dining establishments is beneficial
