Kleen-Tech Services, a leader in janitorial and facility services, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Supervisor to oversee custodial operations and lead a team of employees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support custodial staff.
- Train, coach, and develop employees.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure service standards are met.
- Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records.
- Approve PTO while maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Address employee and client concerns professionally.
- Enforce company policies and issue corrective actions when necessary.
- Report workplace injuries and assist with investigations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and all shifts as needed.
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
