WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN! This role offers the exciting opportunity to perform high quality cleaning services, earning between $1,000 to $3,000 per week after training. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining pristine environments in residential settings, utilizing your skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and air duct cleaning. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive carpet cleaning and floor care using industry-standard equipment and techniques to ensure spotless results.
- Conduct thorough air duct cleaning to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency.
- Execute buffing, polishing, and other floor maintenance tasks to restore surfaces and extend their lifespan.
- Maintain high standards of services in all customers homes.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures.
- Document all service activities accurately and report any issues or equipment needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete a high volume of jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with an emphasis on carpet and floor care.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as extractors, buffers, vacuums, and duct cleaning tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering thorough, high-quality results.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in various environments.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs.
