Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Maker, Food Preparer, and Customer Service Associate! In this energetic role, you'll be the heart of our food service operation, crafting delicious sandwiches and meals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools
- Manage customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick service
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain food safety standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures
- Previous retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
