Position Title: Operations & Client Services Leader
Position Summary:
The Operations & Client Services Leader is responsible for the overall leadership, daily operations, and quality assurance of services provided by Nettie's Love and Care LLC. This position ensures clients receive consistent, professional, and person-centered care while maintaining staff accountability, operational compliance, and organizational efficiency. The Leader serves as a key decision-maker, problem-solver, and mentor, overseeing staff performance, coordinating client services, and maintaining clear communication with the Supervisor and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Services Oversight:
- Coordinate and provide coverage for client medical, dental, and community appointments, ensuring punctuality and professional representation.
- Monitor client progress and ensure staff adherence to individualized support plans and organizational protocols.
- Maintain regular communication with healthcare providers, guardians, and Waiver Support Coordinators (WSCs) as needed.
Staff Leadership and Development:
- Supervise, support, and mentor direct care staff, ensuring responsibilities are completed per agency
- Conduct daily checks and on-site visits to monitor quality, client satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Review and approve staff daily notes, progress reports, and timesheets for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
- Ensure staff certifications and training (e.g., CPR, Level 2 background screening, HIPAA, medication administration) remain current.
Operations and Compliance Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, documentation, incident reporting, and coordination with the administrative team.
- Ensure adherence to APD and Medicaid compliance standards across all service areas.
- Maintain organized client files, employee records, and training documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings, quarterly reviews, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
Leadership and Organizational Communication:
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address operational and client-related issues promptly.
- Act as liaison between staff and management to facilitate effective operations and quick resolution of concerns.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable work culture focused on teamwork and compliance.
Reporting and Accountability:
- Report updates, incidents, and operational concerns to the Supervisor or Administrator in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve staff performance, client satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; higher education preferred.
- Supervisory experience in home health, disability services, or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive situations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Proficiency in computer-based documentation and scheduling systems.

Work Schedule:
Part-time position: Monday through Friday, with flexibility to respond to urgent matters, meetings, or client needs outside standard hours.
Experience:
- Healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)
