We manage and operate their warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and support warehouse associates during your shift, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.</li><li>Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.</li><li>Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.</li><li>Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li><li>Enforce company policies, processes, and safety expectations.</li><li>Partner with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.</li><li>Complete daily reporting on labor, workflow, and productivity.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The ideal candidate should possess the following:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience also considered.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.</li><li>Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems.</li><li>Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑first attitude.</li><li>0–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations.</li></ul>
