Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings and various structures, ensuring precision and quality in every project. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, from metal building erection to intricate wood framing, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities
- Erect metal buildings and install structural frameworks according to schematics and blueprints
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and finishing to support building foundations and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Install siding, stucco, trim carpentry, and other exterior/interior finishing components
- Manage heavy lifting tasks and coordinate with construction management for project timelines
- Conduct masonry work, roofing, plastering, and restoration projects as needed
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while adhering to safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing carpentry and metal stud framing
- Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and long hours on-site
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
