Salesman Wanted – Roofing Sales
Whistlin Ridge Roofing is a small, family-owned roofing company based out of the Phoenix East Valley. We are licensed to service both residential and commercial roofs in all of Arizona. We value honest, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Roofing Salesman to join our team and help us grow.
About the Role:
As our Roofing Salesman, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, building relationships with homeowners/property managers/adjusters...etc., conducting roof inspections, providing accurate estimates, and closing sales.
This is a 1099, commission-only position with high earning potential. Commission rates are competitive with no cap.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in roofing sales, or at least experience in roofing
- Ability to generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and other methods
- Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation

Pay: $30,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
