We’re looking for a positive, reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse & Field Support Associate who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and delivering an excellent customer experience. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and supporting a team that wins together, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Field Responsibilities
- Pick up materials from vendors as needed
- Deliver and retrieve materials from job sites
- Transport trailers to and from job sites
- Assist installers with loading and unloading materials
- Visit job sites to support installers during active projects
- Assist service technicians when needed
- Pick up permits or drop off applications at local municipal offices
- Maintain stock of service parts for storm doors, entry doors, and windows
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Check in incoming products, verifying quantities, item numbers, colors, and accuracy
- Enter product information into the computer with high accuracy
- Prepare customer‑specific items for scheduled installations
- Organize and store incoming products and maintain accurate location lists
- Report and help resolve product discrepancies or errors
- Deliver or pick up materials using company vehicles
- Assist with job‑site cleanup when needed
- Maintain general building cleanliness and organization
- Support special projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform very heavy lifting
- Basic computer skills
- Warehouse or management experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Pay
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Starting pay: $16/hr, with growth opportunities
- Typical range: $16$22/hr (pay commensurate with experience)
