Senior Demolition Estimator/ Project Manager
Location: Southern California (Office Position)
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission / Performance Bonus
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Demolition Estimator who brings both technical capability and an established book of business.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, bidding house leads, building client relationships, and delivering accurate, competitive estimates that convert into awards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial demolition projects
- Generate opportunities through existing client relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners and builders.
- Perform site walks, scope analysis, and project risk evaluation.
- Review plans, specs, and environmental reports (asbestos, lead)
- Develop bid strategies and participate in proposal and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with operations on logistics, sequencing, and execution
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
