Full-Time Resource Teacher – No Nights or Weekends
Schedule: Full-time | Weekdays only
Pay: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
The Goddard School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable Full-Time Resource Teacher to support classrooms throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of various ages, helping where needed, and being a steady, positive presence across the school—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities:

Support multiple classrooms as needed throughout the day.

Assist with daily routines, transitions, and activities.

Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments.

Step into classrooms to support ratios, breaks, and coverage.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Follow school policies and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children preferred.

Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.

Willingness to complete required training.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet background check requirements.
