We're looking for an experienced Inventory Manager who understands the HVAC industry and can take ownership of our warehouse and inventory operations.
Position Summary
This is more than a warehouse position. We're looking for someone with strong HVAC knowledge who can effectively manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and warehouse organization while supporting our technicians with the parts and materials they need to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Verify packing slips, purchase orders, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Issue parts and materials to technicians while maintaining inventory records.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Process warranties, returns, and vendor exchanges.
- Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
- Maintain accurate inventory within our Ply inventory management system, ensuring all inventory movements, receiving, and technician usage are properly documented.
- Work closely with service managers, technicians, and the office team to ensure jobs have the necessary materials.
- Continually improve warehouse organization and inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC inventory or warehouse experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, parts, tools, and materials.
- Ability to identify and understand HVAC components and their applications.
- Experience with Ply inventory software is highly preferred (or the ability to quickly learn and become proficient).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory management software, tablets, computers, and mobile applications.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $58,550.64 - $74,880.00 per year
