Ensures the store accomplishes its mission, which is deliver a great product and outstanding guest service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere

Responsible for assisting the Store manager with maintaining and increasing sales and profits for store location through administrative duties cash and inventory controls and execution of policies and procedures

Must be 18 years of age or older to operate baking and frying equipment.

Excellent customer service skills and strong leadership qualities

2+ years of food service/ barista retail experience preferred.

Day time hours start at 6am or 7am; Sunday through Thursday close is over by 8pm; Friday and Saturday close is over by 9 pm.

It all began on the sandy beaches of the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina. There, Russ DiGilio and his family would enjoy relaxing and fun vacations… but something was missing, there were no fresh donuts! So, they decided to create their own… and Duck Donuts was born.
