POSITION: Associate Teacher – Crowley
And any positions that result from the filling of this posting
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in Early Childhood Program preferred
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Associate Degree in Child Development and/or CDA already obtained –
Preferred
- Completion of Early Childhood Development college course hours (at least 3)
for compliance plan
- Must meet State and Federal Legal Requirements
- Must be punctual and maintain good attendance
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education and/or
Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
DUTIES: Assist teacher with assessments, lesson planning, and participate in a
classroom of 3-5 year old children
- Assist Lead Teacher with small and large groups of children
- Participate in home visits and parent-teacher conferences
- Maintain strict child, family, and staff confidentially
Other duties as assigned
