Our Roseville and Auburn offices are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to go between two of our locations. The ideal candidate knows how to build an exceptional practice from the inside out. We’re searching for a confident, hands-on leader with 8–10 years of proven dental office management experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and believes the best leaders lead by example.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team through accountability, encouragement, and servant leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy, modern dental practice
- Oversee key human resource operations, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, coaching, employee relations, policy compliance, staff training, benefits and leave administration, and initiatives that strengthen team engagement and retention
- Oversee insurance coordination, treatment acceptance, collections, and practice systems
- Monitor key performance indicators and help drive both locations growth
- Support the doctors while ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Foster a positive culture where everyone works together, communicates well, and pitches in when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of exceptional dental office management experience
- Extensive knowledge of HR, behind-the-scenes dental operations, including scheduling optimization, insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and practice workflows
- A confident leader who is comfortable making decisions while remaining approachable and supportive
- Someone who leads by example and believes no task is beneath them
- Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping both patients and teammates succeed
