Overview
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Account Sales Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of sales and account management.
As an Account Sales Representative, you will work directly with new and existing customers, provide outstanding service, and help identify solutions that fit their needs. You'll have the opportunity to learn the sales process, build strong customer relationships, and grow your career with ongoing training and support from experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to discuss products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business
- Follow up with customers and address questions or concerns in a timely manner
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
