We are looking for experienced Food Service workers to join our family at Coburg Pizza Company! Successful candidates will like to have fun at work, be self-motivated, enjoy learning, and be passionate about selling remarkable pizza creations and great food. Those same successful candidates will be enthusiastic about giving memorable hospitality and service and regularly making people feel like they were the best part of their day.
Expectations are the following.
· Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
· Positively responds to direction and requests for assistance from co-workers, supervisors, managers, and guests
· Taking pride in work and working well with others
· Retaining knowledge and training information
· Making menu items to meet quality, portion, and time standards
· Double checks orders for accuracy
· Working in a high volume and fast pace environment
· Makes eye contact and greets guests enthusiastically
· Does whatever it takes to make every guest's experience one to remember
· Knows and can explain menu items to our guests and assist them in ordering.
· Answer guest questions or get help when needed
· Assists in keeping dining areas and workspaces neat and clean
· Maintains high energy during the entire shift
· Finds ways to keep busy and stay productive during slow peak times.
· Replenishes products and supplies on the floor
· Multitasking
· Uses various equipment
· Use a touch-screen POS System
· Drug-free
