```Duties```
- Provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising
- Clean and maintain kennel areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for animals
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the supervisor
- Administer medications or treatments as directed by veterinary staff
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Handle animals with care and compassion, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Provide basic training and socialization for dogs to improve their behavior and adoptability
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about services and answering questions
```Requirements```
- Preferred previous experience working with animals, such as in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter
- Knowledge of animal care practices and basic medical procedures
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and colleagues
- Ability to handle animals of various sizes and temperaments safely and confidently
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling purposes
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or carrying heavy objects, bending, stooping, or standing for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
