Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality & Compliance Systems Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our manufacturing processes adhere to stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all operational facets.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits to verify adherence to established quality standards in production.
- Maintain and improve quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes aligned with industry regulations such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and ASME codes & standards.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Support manufacturing teams by implementing quality inspection protocols and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards governing manufacturing environments, including food safety regulations where applicable.
- Develop documentation for quality systems, procedures, and audit reports using Microsoft Office tools for effective record-keeping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate training on quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments, including conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as GMP, FDA regulations, ASME codes & standards, and food safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to manufacturing industries worldwide.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis skills to evaluate process performance effectively.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and related documentation practices.
- Experience with QA/QC procedures, manufacturing processes, and regulatory/legal compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
