We are looking for a reliable, self motivated, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks for a property in Grand Forks, ND. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and grounds work, snow removal to ensure that our facilities are both clean and well maintained. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience . You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. Must be available between the hours of 9am - 2pm.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping and turnover of units when tenants vacate
– Minor plumbing & basic electrical repairs
– Snow removal and plowing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
