NOW HIRING a Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist | Bilingual (English/Spanish)
We're a family-owned pre-owned vehicle dealership on 441. We're growing our team! We're looking for a bilingual, people-first team member who can help us connect with customers, grow our online presence, and create a better buying experience.
This is a versatile, customer-facing role, part marketing, part relationship-building, part content creation. If you're energetic, digitally savvy, and love working with people, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, text, and in-person communication
- Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Assist customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Support outreach and follow-up efforts to keep leads warm and customers informed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team on inventory presentation and lot merchandising
- Help create a welcoming, trustworthy experience for every customer who walks through the door
