As a Maintenance Technician, your primary focus is the upkeep and restoration of industrial and commercial facility infrastructure, encompassing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. You will engage in direct technical tasks such as machining, welding, and electrical repairs, while also providing assistance for PLC-operated machinery. Candidates must possess a background in industrial environments and be prepared for a schedule that includes rotating weekends and periodic overtime requirements.
Core Duties

Execute routine and emergency repairs on facility utilities to ensure operational continuity.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within commercial building systems.

Contribute to the maintenance of site infrastructure by performing welding, piping, and fabrication tasks.

Assist with the operation and maintenance of PLC-controlled equipment, with a preference for 480V system expertise.

Commit to a rotating weekend schedule and accept extra hours as business needs dictate.

Receive compensation at a rate of time and a half for all overtime hours, including weekend shifts.
Required Background

Between 3 and 10 years of practical experience within industrial or commercial maintenance roles.

Solid expertise in commercial electrical systems, specifically with 480V setups.

Demonstrated ability to perform welding, machining, piping, and general fabrication work.

Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting or programming is considered an asset.

Proven capability to thrive in large-scale industrial facilities rather than residential settings.
