Professional Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of hands-on work with lathes and milling machines.

Proven ability to perform machine setups independently.

Background working with VTL, EDMs, and 3-axis mills is considered a plus.

Core Duties:

Manage the setup, operation, and ongoing maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure smooth production in our custom shop.

Support the creation of high-quality metal components, tooling, and heavy equipment parts by accurately configuring CNC mills and lathes.

Help maintain high standards of quality by inspecting finished parts, verifying tolerances against blueprints, and performing routine equipment upkeep.

Contribute to a versatile production environment by engaging in manual machining, custom fabrication, and repair tasks to meet project deadlines.
